BYE-LAWS OF Alumnae ASSOCIATION

OFFICE:

• The Office of the Association shall be located at Vijay Marie College of Nursing, Street No. 3, Umanagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad, 500016

MEMBERSHIP:

• All Professional Nurses who have successfully completed B.Sc. Nursing and M.sc Nursing courses at Vijay Marie College of Nursing, shall be eligible for the Membership of this Association.

EX-OFFICIO MEMBERS:

• Principal, Vijay Marie College of Nursing
• Vice-Principal, Academics Vijay Marie College of Nursing.
• The Executive Committee may invite the past Principals to be honorary members of the association.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:

The Association shall have an Executive Committee consisting of the following members:-

• President
• Vice-President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• The Ex-officio and Honorary Members of the Association shall assist and advice Executive Committee and shall attend all programmes of the Association.

VIJAY MARIE COLLEGE OF NURSING, THE CONSTITUTION OF THE ALUMNAE ASSOCIATION

Name & Address: An Association of the Alumnae of Vijay Marie College of Nursing has been formed and it is called “Alumnae Association, Vijay Marie College of Nursing.” The office of the association is located at the premises of Vijay Marie College of Nursing, Sisters of Charity, Capitanio Convent, Street No:3, Umanagar, Begumpet- 500016, Hyderabad, Telangana State.

Membership:

• Membership Fees: All members are required to pay membership fee as determined by the Executive Committee time to time.
• The membership fee is Rs 1000/- for the initial payment and thereafter Rs 500/-should be paid annually.
• Donor Member: The Executive Committee shall be empowered to encourage Alumnae to become donor member of the Association, to grant scholarship for the eligible students and development of the institution.
• These members shall also be permanent invitees to all functions of the association.
