"Our College focuses on the development of students technically as well. To meet this objective, our college has a computer lab with 20 latest technology computers for student to upgrade their technical related academic skills.
Our College owns a well-equipped library with a seating capacity for more than 80 students, has a resource of more than 2500 books which includes books on various subjects, thesis, Reference books, Nursing publications, Journals, Magazines, which the students can make use of for various academic purposes. It also provides with online library facilities and has computers with internet access for additional information.
We also concentrate on equal development of students in cultural activities. In view of providing the students with a well-furnished place to showcase their talents, we have a very spacious auditorium with an ability to accommodate more than 300 people. Other than the cultural events, some formal meetings are also conducted in the auditorium like the SNA meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Nursing deals with hand on experiences. Thus we have in our college well furnished and well equipped labs for each specialty subjects. It has got mannequins for students to practice the procedures. It also provides the students with all the required articles to practice and excel in the nursing procedures. We have
In our college we have stores of various materials of teaching & learning, which provides additional support to the students in their learning process and helps teachers in enhancing their effectiveness of teaching. These A.V Aids are displayed during the annual exhibitions by the students.
Vijay Marie college of nursing is located in a very quiet and peaceful area in Begumpet, for the holistic development of the students coming from varied backgrounds. The three storey college building is built adjacent to the College hostel and the residence of the sisters, in order to create a conducive atmosphere for the all-round growth of the students.
Vijay Marie college of Nursing has given me a good formation and high standard of education. But here we have the best of facilities, a team of faculty with caliber, wisdom and commitment.
